The Bombshell Brigade formed when this diverse group of derby divas was drawn together by a common purpose: to clear the name of our ultimate bombshell, Marilyn Monroe. Using roller derby as our mouthpiece and our battlefield, the Bombshell Brigade seek to expose the truth for our beloved fans.
It's rumored that Marilyn, the most sought after bombshell of her time, fell prey to the Kennedy Curse after a romantic entanglement with JFK. The buzz: She was privy to classified information that could send America in to a tailspin if exposed. Our bombshell made the fatal mistake – she got too close and she knew too much. Was her death self-inflicted, as they would lead you to believe? Or could it have been part of a larger cover up? Marilyn's spirit has compelled this unique group of derby sisters, uniting them in a single purpose. Fighting to expose the truth thru speed, prowess and force - ultimately becoming the brigade known throughout roller derby as the team others love to hate.
